Terms and conditions

These sessions are designed to promote well being and help families and children begin to enjoy their natural surroundings comfortably, safely and alleviating anxiety.

• Please do not attend if you or your child have tested COVID positive.
• Sally’s Adventure Club expects the adult/parent attending each session to be fully responsible for their child’s safety. Sally is with you to guide, teach and entertain.
• Please provide your own hand sanitiser/hand wipes, some children may be allergic to the hand sanitiser provided by Sally.
• As the government states “catch it, bin it, kill it” - Sally’s Adventure Club adheres to this advice.
• Please inform bookings if you intend to bring younger siblings along, this may incur an extra charges.
• This is an outdoor event, please ensure suitable clothing is worn depending on the time of year ie winter - layers, waterproofs, warm boots (wellies are not warm!) .
• You will be refunded if the weather is deemed too dangerous for the session to go ahead (above 40mph winds, storms, driving rain).
• There will be no refund if you or your child are sick, on holiday or do not attend the allotted session.
• There will be a refund if Sally is sick or can not attend for reasons out of your control.
• Should any of the terms and conditions not be adhered to you will be asked to leave. There will be no refund.
• All personal data is kept securely by Sally Bailey and will never be shared (unless there are circumstances when permission has been given).
• Parents/carers are permitted to take photographs of their own child during the session, no other children should be in these images unless permission is granted.
• Natural objects e.g. clay, leaves, fungi and acorns may be handed out during the session.
• Refrain from giving your child snacks throughout the session. A snack in a child’s hand is very tempting for a passing dog.
• Please be aware all locations are open to the public and dog walkers.
